Yesterday, I was 100% all-in with Blot again. Today, I'm all over the map. Good morning! 👋🏻

I've been playing with my test Pika and Bear blogs but I'm not sure why. I have a lifetime subscription to Scribbles, so what's the deal? No deal, I just like to try all of them. That's why I'm here. :)

I'm going through a blogging revamp at the moment. I don't want to host and manage my own blog, so this time I'm going to try Ghost for my main blog. This leaves me without a decent place for "Daily Notes". Could Scribbles fill that role?

I became so frustrated after unintentionally futzing with Obsidian this morning that I'm torching all of it and doing something different today.

Here's the gist: Bear app for notes. Day One for journaling. Scribbles for blogging.

I don't have to think about where to put stuff. I don't have to care about file names. I can use any (Apple) device to write/edit/record/post.

This obviously can't last, but right now it feels very refreshing.

You know what's weird? What's weird is that sometimes I feel like writing something, but, and you knew this was coming, I can't decide which blog I feel like writing it on. This happens a lot. That's not the weird part, though. The weird part is that when that happens, I often start writing on an entirely different blog. You know, like here on Scribbles. Hi! 👋🏻

Briefly, I'm here making sure I don't forget about Scribbles. It's very nice, but right now I'm already bouncing between three blogs. One more might be one too many.

I'm having a lot of fun with the M3 and 50mm Summilux.

Spent time with my parents and grandson, so that's all you get from this roll of expired Fujifilm Superia 400, shot in the Olympus Stylus Epic.

Shot a whole roll at my parents while my grandson was visiting. Indoor photography with film and a rangefinder is tricky, but I managed to make a few that were in focus and properly exposed.

The colors on this roll of expired Fuji Superia 400 came out much more pleasing than the earlier roll of Kodak 400. I think the Kodak was expired longer, which may account for it, but I also suspect the other Epic is under-exposing a little.
